Company

Who We Are

Red Productions is a full-service, award-winning, creative video production company based in Fort Worth and Los Angeles. Translation: We’re basically a bunch of film geeks with the tools and talent to accomplish your goals to a level beyond what you’ve envisioned. (Blown minds are kind of our benchmark.) We stay ahead of the curve, constantly pursuing new, innovative approaches but always with the purpose of creating lasting impact. We dream big, then we wake up and make big happen.

We’re not here to press ‘record’ – we’re here to find your story and go tell it to the world. We love what we do, and we can’t wait to share our passion with you. Just say the word.

Red Sanders

Sam Parnell

Senior Editor

Sam runs all post-production activities at Red Productions – developing streamlined processes and ensuring we’re at the forefront of technology, equipment, and content delivery. He is an accomplished editor, having worked on feature films, national TV spots, highlight videos for professional sports teams, music videos and more. He also uses his tiny-editing fingers to create motion graphics, having completed animation pieces for Verizon, MoneyGram, The Dallas Cowboys, iProspect and others.

Sam has a degree from the Radio/TV/Film Department at TCU, and is a two-time intramural champion for Texas Hold’em poker. Away from the studio, Sam can be found obsessing over fantasy football, rooting on Horned Frog Football, or tearing his ACL playing kickball (sometimes with Dan Bailey).

Matt Harton

Head of Production

Born and raised in Dallas, Matt worked in Los Angeles from 2004 – 2013 working in production both for commercials and feature films.

He’s line produced many great projects for brands like Reebok, Target, Equinox, Nike and Everlast.

Steven Navar-Landa

Starting in sales, he worked his way up to CFO within 2 and a half years having worked in international sales, accounting, HR, and management.

However, the call of production was too great, leading him to Red Productions. With an education in production and experience in a small but growing company; he fit right in as the Operations Manager. With his knack for project management, he took over the role and responsibilities of Production Coordinator as well.

Andrew Lococo

Cinematographer

Bring on the cameras! Andrew is our in-house, camera nerd. He started his film career as a freelance PA back in 2014 after graduating from TCU. He then moved into the camera department as an Assistant Camera in the Dallas/Fort Worth film industry where he worked on various commercials and TV shows. As a foodie, he’ll never pass up the opportunity for a table top food shoot. Nowadays, when he isn’t shooting for Red Productions, you can find him nerding out about planes and legos.

Margaret Boschini

Executive Assistant / Community Coordinator

Margaret Boschini discovered her love of film as an intern for Red Productions in 2016. After growing up a little and learning a whole lot, she rejoined the team in 2019 as a full time employee. As Red’s Executive Assistant, Margaret keeps busy by keeping Red busy. She is often seen running around the office with an epic to-do list in her hands and a pencil (or two) in her hair.

As a proud Texan and graduate of Texas Christian University, Margaret considers herself lucky to work at a company that marries her two great loves: Film and Fort Worth!

Jillian Dalton

Associate Producer

Jillian was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. After working in Dallas for several years, she recently moved back to Fort Worth. Her passion for video combined with her love for people brought her to join the Red family in 2020 as an Associate Producer.

If not at the office or on set, you can find Jillian winding down by inventing recipes in the kitchen, trying her hand at gardening outdoors, or kicking it with her family.

Amanda Stephens

Associate Producer

Amanda graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Creative Media Production along with a Business and a Spanish minor. Because of her love for Fort Worth, telling stories, and meeting new people, Amanda joined the Red team as an Associate Producer.

Heather Wilk

Film + TV Development Director

Heather is passionate about storytelling and has developed IP’s from books, articles, and scripts. She’s worked with top producers that span the tv, film, and theater industries. Additionally, she has even sold a few of her own original screenplays.

When Heather isn’t reading or writing, she is growing Straight But Not Narrow, a non-profit she co-founded in 2011 that develops innovative campaigns to train and prepare straight allies to be supporters and friends to their LGBT friends, family, and classmates. SBNN’s largest initiative refurbishes unused and broken devices and places them in the hands of homeless and LGBT homeless youth in 19 states across the country. Since it’s founding has been able to provide hundreds of LGBTQ homeless youth with cell phones and laptops.

Her ability to combine social impact and entertainment mediums were one of the reasons why her projects were named one of the “100 Reasons to Love Hollywood” by E! Network and a “Top 50 Reason’s” to have pride by the Advocate, and most recently she landed the “coveted” cover of the Jewish Journal’s annual Mensch List.
