Corporate Social Responsibility, or CSR, is the concept that a for-profit company has obligations to look out for the welfare of its employees, the community, and society as a whole in addition to their business. Corporate Social Responsibility’s purpose is to increase its profits and/or maximize the business’ longterm value. Consumers and investors both prefer working with companies that are socially responsible.

According to the Center For Corporate Citizenship, video is a perfect medium for sharing CSR messages and building awareness of your company’s impact on the community and society. Allowing customers to see CSR initiatives that are having a real impact creates stronger brand loyalty and brand advocacy.
