Photo Editor
The Photo Editor is responsible for retouching all images captured for the Dickies Studio at Backlot. You will crop to certain specs, ensure colors are matching true to the clothing items, and ensure consistency across all photo deliverables.
You’re right for this job if you are obsessed with color and will not rest until the image matches a swatch perfectly. You have a keen sense of fashion and are really into the Dickies brand. You appreciate the timeless classics like the Eisenhower but are excited for innovative products from a historic company. You thrive in the details and love a good process.
Red Productions has all the trappings of a 21st-century creative office: dogs, a kegerator, fun music streaming for most of the day, and open workspaces. We also have quiet areas to dig in and focus. This is a full-time role located at our studio in Fort Worth with around five percent travel.
Responsibilities/Expectations
• Edit and retouching of all Dickies deliverables
• Uploading all images to the correct places within Dickies marketing asset library
• Manage photo library
• Work with team to ensure deadlines are being met and quality is being maintained
• Possess an interest and knowledge of photography and fashion
• Must have an advance and keen eye for photo selection
• Excellent Photoshop skills (must be proficient in retouching techniques such as color correcting, silhouetting, layer masking, image sizing, and attention to fine details)
• Proficient in Adobe Suite
• Prior photo editing experience is required.
